I'm laying out my intentions + goals for the next 6 weeks:
- No pop
- Cardio at least 4x / week
- Strength training 5x / week
- Stop making excuses
- Meal plan + prep every Sunday (or Saturday)
- No alcohol besides special occasions
- Try my hardest & "trust the process"
